    Changing personal details

    If you wish to change your name on your account, please email us on documents@alpari.org. We will need the reasons for the change and a copy of your identity documents.

    You can change your email address or phone number, by clicking on your User Profile page.

    You can amend your residential address by sending us an email with a copy of your proof of residence document attached. We will then update your profile.

    You can customise your subscriptions on your account. Please bear in mind that you cannot unsubscribe from required communication regarding your trading activity.
